Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Cancellations must be made on the same date the booking was initiated.
  • If a booking is initiated for the same day, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
  • If Client cancels a session due to illness or other unavoidable issues, the client will be offered a rescheduled session within 7 days at no additional cost or refund.
• Firm-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If Wonderspace Therapy cancels a session due to illness or other unavoidable issues, the client will be offered a rescheduled session within 7 days at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will be provided for firm-initiated cancellations if a rescheduled session couldnt be provided within 7 days.
  • Refunds will not be provided for firm-initiated cancellations due to any misbehaviour on the part of the client.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not availed in any cases other than those explicitly mentioned above.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed only under the following conditions:
  • The session is canceled by Wonderspace Therapy.
  • The session is canceled on the same day booking is initiated.
  • The rescheduled session is not availed within 7 days of the original booking.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

Refunds, if applicable, will exclude non-refundable payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay fees).

5. Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after the refund request is approved.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.
